1. When You (Plus Family, Friends & Colleagues) Purchase From Our Sponsors
Purchase from our sponsors between now and the CRTC decision (expected Fall 2009), and Brampton News Radio matches your purchases dollar for dollar - up to $5,000 per purchase - in free radio advertising on the station, for your favourite church or charity. Free advertising to be broadcast, subject to licensing. Free advertising is valued at $30 per 30 second commercial.

Submit your purchase receipts as follows: Send us a copy of your purchase receipts each month that you collect receipts from your own purchases, or that of family, friends, and colleagues. You can do it in one of three ways:
1. E-mail info@BramptonNewsRadio.com each month and scan the receipts to an attachment.
2   Fax your sponsor receipts each month to Brampton News Radio at 1-866-316-8217.
3. Mail copies of sponsor receipts each month to Brampton News Radio, c/o Andy McNabb, 14 Westdale Dr., St. Catharines, Ont. L2S 2R8.

Note: To be eligible, receipts must be submitted to Brampton News Radio no later than 30 days following the date of the receipt. No sense in putting things off. If you have eligible receipts, get them in today! The last receipts to be eligible will be dated no later than the CRTC Decision, expected Fall 2009.
Every submission of receipts must include:  Your name, address, phone number, e-mail if you have it, and the name of the church or charity that you want to receive the free advertising. Include contact information for the church or charity (phone number or website address is sufficient). All submissions with an e-mail address contact will receive a confirmation of the amount of the free advertising assigned to your favourite church or charity by the 10th of the month following the month of your submission.

Purchases refunded by the sponsor will be subtracted from your totals. For example, if you buy $5,000 of goods or services from a sponsor, and get a refund for $1,000, then $4,000 ($5,000 - $1,000) shall be eligible for the free advertising.
Verification of any submitted receipt's eligibility is at the sole discretion of Brampton News Radio.

2. We Devote A Full Week Of Free Advertising And On-Air Interviews To Promote A Different Church Or Charity Each Week - Thousands Of Dollars In Free Advertising And On-Air Interviews
1.  35 Free Interviews In 7 Days, As We Devote A Week To Your Favourite Charity/NFP: A different charity/NFP each week - 35 broadcasts of free, daily interviews to draw people to your cause. Promote your events, success stories, vision, mission, beneficiaries, recruit volunteers, and donors.
2. Free - $1,050 In Commercials: Your favourite charity/NFP gets $1,050 in additional, free charity/NFP advertising (35 x 30 sec. commercials). Use the ads for fundraisers, etc..

3. You Become A Part Or Full-time Volunteer Reporter, Talk Show Host Or Producer, And Get Extra, Free Advertising For Your Favourite Charity/NFP
This can lead to paid positions. Full training provided. Interested? Let me know asap in a letter of support (see How To Write Your Letter), so we can tell the CRTC.

1. Reporters - Part & Full-Time: Each local news story you produce gets your favourite charity/NFP an extra $60 in free commercials (2 x 30 sec.).
2. Talk Show Hosts &/Or Producers - Part & Full Time: Addressing issues of public concern, faith and family. You'll host or produce one call-in talk show/wk. (1.5 hours), plus about three hours of preparation time. Your organization receives an additional $600/mo. in free commercials (20 x 30 sec. commercials/mo.) if you host or produce one show/wk.

Brampton News Radio Reserves The Right Of Final Approval Of:
1. Selection of any church or charity receiving free advertising.
2. The advertisement for the church or charity.
